Shipping & delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $49 or more ship free to the contiguous US. A flat rate applies below that and is shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Because some of our products contain lithium batteries, they ship by ground only.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also see order status in your account.
Using your gear
How does the auto-stop work on the inflators?
Set your target pressure, attach the hose and start. The inflator stops automatically when it reaches that pressure.
How do I charge my device?
Our rechargeable tools charge over USB-C. Charge fully before first use and top up every few months if it's stored in the car.
Can I leave it in a hot or cold car?
Lithium batteries last longest when kept out of direct sun and extreme heat. Check the product's guide for its storage temperature range.

What does the warranty cover?
Our tools come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. See the warranty page for full terms.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Eligible orders can be split into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments, subject to approval.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
